Press Release/Statement

ARTIST STATEMENT

Patrick Quinn is a self-made artist who creates Multi-Media & Assemblage Sculpture. He is currently a member of the Los Angeles Art Association. His work is rough and emotional. Each piece is constructed using found materials with salvaged doors and windows often forming the framework. Sometimes a story is told by mixing in old snapshots, discarded memories found at swap meets & yard sales. While the influences of Ed Kienholz, George Herms, and others can be seen, he has found his own path – a path both provocative and personal.
